“The Taylor Swift Karaoke tour was scheduled to start at 2:30 and go for 2.5 hours finishing at 5 pm. However the tour guide did not respect time and started late and we finished late by over 30 min. He did not respect time nor did he care that we were late. At the last stop he had us wait for several groups of passengers who left the tour and had ubered back at their own cost to get back to hotel for the concert. When issue of timing was brought up he was dismissive and seemed not to care.”
