Despite my being 20 minutes late, he not only waited for me but came back to my hotel, then went back to the pick up site when he found out I’d already left. I was late because my pick up was supposed to be at 8:50 am and they picked us up at 8:20 am.”

I was told I could not be refunded and the flight delay was not their fault. I replied the flight delay was not my fault either.
