“My flight out of ATL was delayed by an hour. When I arrived at my booked transportation through viator, I was told I had missed my appointment (booked for 1pm and arrived at 1:30). I was told I could not be refunded and the flight delay was not their fault. I replied the flight delay was not my fault either. I booked another transportation company after having to wait an additional hour, which was no problem and I was happy to have a company that was able to get me booked so quickly. Arranging an Uber would have been easier and half the cost.”

The driver was very nice however kept saying meet at the meeting place. We were very confused because again we were told to meet at the totem poles and they would be a sign saying my name on it and he would pick me up there. Since you did not do that I will not recommend you again”

“The dispatch person was very curt in her messaging after I requested if we could possibly be picked up a little earlier than scheduled. She then proceeded to not respond as to whether or not the original departure time would be honored. Her lack of communication skills caused us a great amount of unnecessary stress. When I was able to reach the driver he said he was going to be 45 min late, after I said this was totally unacceptable he sent someone immediately. We were able to get to the ship on time, but I would recommend that for this transfer it is best to just take an Uber…”
