“We booked this tour to immediately follow disembarkation from our Alaska cruise. It was well-organized and Greg was an informative and entertaining guide. His love for his hometown is evident! Capilano Bridge Park is beautiful and definitely a must visit. The suspension bridge, Tree Tops and Cliff Walk are engineering marvels and the result of impressive vision. We enjoyed all of our stops, including Stanley Park and Granville Island and learning about the history of Vancouver. It was a day well spent getting to know the city.”

“The dispatch person was very curt in her messaging after I requested if we could possibly be picked up a little earlier than scheduled. She then proceeded to not respond as to whether or not the original departure time would be honored. Her lack of communication skills caused us a great amount of unnecessary stress. When I was able to reach the driver he said he was going to be 45 min late, after I said this was totally unacceptable he sent someone immediately. We were able to get to the ship on time, but I would recommend that for this transfer it is best to just take an Uber…”
