“The driver did not go into the terminal as expected. He was sending photos of his car with instructions on where to go in the airport to find the car. I had instructed him that he was to pick a family member of mine and had given him the contact information, yet he still was texting me as though I was the person he was to pick up. Arranging an Uber would have been easier and half the cost.”

“Was a no show with no communication. If something happened it would have been good to know. We waited an hour hoping. Was looking forward to this tour.”

“I was told to meet by the totem poles in the airport. There would be a man with my name on a sign. That did not happen. I am extremely unhappy. The driver was very nice however kept saying meet at the meeting place. We were very confused because again we were told to meet at the totem poles and they would be a sign saying my name on it and he would pick me up there. Since you did not do that I will not recommend you again”

“We added the photo package and received the best photos and an amazing video to remember the day. The tour was wonderful—way more attractions than expected, no pressure, smooth and comfortable car, and the Aquarium felt like being under the ocean. Totally worth it and highly recommended!”

“The dispatch person was very curt in her messaging after I requested if we could possibly be picked up a little earlier than scheduled. She then proceeded to not respond as to whether or not the original departure time would be honored. Her lack of communication skills caused us a great amount of unnecessary stress. When I was able to reach the driver he said he was going to be 45 min late, after I said this was totally unacceptable he sent someone immediately. We were able to get to the ship on time, but I would recommend that for this transfer it is best to just take an Uber…”
